Generally, the trailer that you are viewing is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a decent trailer for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed. So, please do not expect a new or perfect unit, please expect a decent 6 year old trailer.

This trailer is NOT nice, as compared to a new one or next to new, this trailer is in decent condition. It is 6 years old.

There is a basement style AC unit that works.

There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.

I generally state, just to cover myself, this trailer does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.

There are no known roof leaks at this time. This trailer can sleep a total of 8. There is room for two in the front bed.

The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids.

The dinette converts to a bed for 2 kids.

There is an additional sofa on the wall in the toy area.
